1Abandoned Animals
In the event of an animal not being collected within 3 days of the departure date, we will try to trace / communicate with the owner / contact before proceeding with legal action.
2Belongings
- Beds and toys is good to provide something in which they would feel comfortable and feel at home for first-timers. Or else it is not required as they will be supplied.
- Please note, we accept no responsibility for loss or damage to customer belongings, ie. any type of bedding, toys, leads etc. The kennels are cleaned daily and toys etc are easily lost when the bedding is changed. Therefore we please ask you do not bring anything precious or anything you would not want to lose.
- We cannot guarantee bedding will be returned and or in the same condition it was brought in. Any destroyed or soiled bedding will be disposed of.
- It is the owner’s responsibility to notify any persons prior to collecting any animals on their behalf of this condition. It is stressed that all dogs must be on a lead at all times when owners bring them as we accept no responsibility for loss or injury. If customers insist on kennel staff releasing dogs in the forecourt, it is then the responsibility of the owner. Collars being worn by dogs must be secure so they cannot slip loose. Clip-collar are not accepted.

No owners will then be allowed to put their dog/cat into their kennel/cattery pen, as this can cause unnecessary stress to your pet and also delays the routines.
- Any owner requiring that their dogs/cats share accommodation does so at their own risk and must sign to this effect.
- If you have requested a Collection or Delivery, these will be carried out before noon. We cannot give a specific time but will try our best to be punctual, although this cannot be guaranteed due to traffic or other unforeseen circumstances. - Please note, dogs/cats showing signs of a contagious disease i.e. Ringworm, Fox Mange etc., will not be accepted for boarding.
- Whilst every care is taken, customers must be aware that due to dog’s fouling/urinating in their runs, it is not possible to eliminate all odours on the dogs. However, we do bath the dogs regularly at no extra cost. Dogs which we feel are excessively dirty will be bathed at the discretion of our staff.

4Death
REMEMBER, WOOF GANG IS NOT A VET CLINIC!
- It must be clearly understood that animals are boarded purely at the owner’s own risk.
- This does not happen often, HOWEVER it does happen on old age pets or sick pets before the caretaker takes over.
- In the event the pet owner feels that the passing of the pets is due to other reasons, we recommend the pet owner to go through standard dispute handling procedure. It will be the responsibility of the pet caretaker and pet parents to send the pet for an autopsy to analyse if the death is a result of a previous sickness, or a sickness or accident during the care of the pet caretaker.
- The Pet Parent will be responsible for the fees incurred if the reason is due to previous sickness or old age while the pet caretaker will be responsible for the fees incurred if the death is due to an accident, poisoning, dog bites, unexpected accidents or negligence.
- As such, it is IMPORTANT for you to send the pet to a vet if you suspect there is an issue before it is too late. As a gesture of GOODWILL, Woof Gang will refund 50% of the remaining days from the DEATH date until the end of the boarding date.
